Problems
Possible causes / Solutions
There is foam
overflowing in the
detergent drawer.
Too much detergent has been used.
• Mix 1 tablespoon of fabric
softener in ½ litre of water and
pour this mixture into the main
wash compartment of the detergent
drawer.
• Pour the detergent into the
appropriate machine for the
programmes and respect the
maximum loads indicated in the
“Programme and consumption
table”. If you use additional
chemicals (stain removers,
bleaches, etc.), reduce the amount
of detergent.
The laundry remains
wet at the end of the
programme. (*)
Too much foam may have formed
and the automatic foam absorption
system may have been activated
due to excessive use of detergent.
Use the recommended quantity of
detergent.
(*) The machine does not go to the spinning phase when the laundry is not evenly distributed
in the drum to prevent damage to the machine and its environment. The laundry needs to be
rearranged and spun again.
• The drum is not cleaned regularly. Clean the drum regularly.
