Troubleshooting tips
Before calling a technician
You may not need to call a technician if you consult the tables on the following pages.
Problems
Possible causes / Solutions
The programme does
not start after the door
is closed.
• You did not press the Start /
Pause / Cancel button.
• *Press the Start / Pause / Cancel
button.
• If you overload the machine, it
will be difficult to close the loading
door.
• Reduce the quantity of laundry
and make sure that the loading door
is properly closed.
Cannot start or select
the programme.
The machine has gone into safety
mode due to problems with the
power supply (circuit voltage, water
pressure, etc.).
To cancel a programme, use the
programme selector to choose
another programme. The previous
programme will be cancelled.
(See “Cancelling the programme”
section).
Water in the machine.
Water may remain in your machine
as a result of quality assurance
procedures carried out during
production.
This is not a problem and does not
affect your machine in any way.
The machine goes into
standby mode after the
programme has been
started or does not
suck up the water.
• The tap is turned off.
• Turn on the taps.
• The water inlet hose is bent.
• Straighten the hose.
• The water inlet hose is clogged.
• Clear the filter.
• The door may be open.
• Close the door.
• The water supply may have been
connected incorrectly or cut off
(when the water supply is cut off,
the cleaning or rinsing indicator
lights will flash).
• Check the water connection. If the
water supply is cut off, press the
Start/Pause button after the water
supply has been restored to restart
from standby mode.
The machine does not
drain the water.
• The drain hose may be clogged
or bent.
• Clean or straighten the hose.
• The pump filter is clogged.
• Clean the pump filter.
