Energy and water saving advice
The following information will help you to use this appliance in an environmentally friendly
way by saving water and electricity.
• Use the product at the highest loading capacity allowed by the programme you have selected,
but do not overload the machine. See “Programme and consumption table”.
• Follow the temperature recommendations on the detergent packaging.
• Wash lightly soiled laundry at a low temperature.
• Use faster programmes for small amounts of laundry or for lightly soiled laundry.
• Do not use pre-wash and high temperatures for laundry that is only lightly soiled.
• If you plan to dry your laundry in a tumble dryer, select the highest recommended spin speed
during the washing process.
• Do not use more detergent than is recommended on the packaging.
Loading the laundry
1. Open the loading door.
2. Place the clothing in the machine so that is can move freely.
3. Push the loading door to close it until you hear it lock in place. Make sure that nothing
is stuck in the door. The door is locked throughout the programme. The door opens
immediately after the end of the wash cycle. You can then open the loading door. If the door
will not open, apply the solution proposed for the “Loading door does not open” fault in the
Troubleshooting section.
Appropriate load capacity
• The maximum load depends on the type of laundry, the degree of soiling and the washing
programme you wish to use.
• The machine automatically adjusts the amount of water according to the weight of the
laundry inside it.
WARNING : Compliant with the information in the
“Programme and consumption table” section. When the
machine is overloaded, its washing performance is less
effective. Noise and vibrations may also occur.
