The machine vibrates
or makes noises.
• The machine may not be levelled
correctly.
• Adjust the legs to level the
machine.
• A solid substance may have
become caught in the pump filter.
• Clean the pump filter.
• The safety screws for transport
have not been removed.
• Remove the transport safety
screws.
• The amount of laundry in the
machine may be too small.
• Put more laundry into the
machine.
• They machine may have been
overloaded with laundry.
• Remove some laundry from the
machine or spread it out manually
to balance it evenly in the machine.
• Check that the machine is not
resting on a solid object.
• Make sure the machine is not
placed on any objects.
Water is leaking from
the bottom of the
washing machine.
• The drain hose may be clogged
or bent.
• Clean or straighten the hose.
• The pump filter is clogged.
• Clean the pump filter.
The machine
stopped just after
the programme was
started.
Make sure that the washing
machine has not stopped
temporarily due to low voltage.
The machine can resume when the
voltage returns to normal.
The machine directly
drains the water it
takes in.
The height of the drain hose is not
correct.
Connect the drain hose as indicated
in the manual.
No water is visible in
the machine during
washing.
The water level is not visible from
outside the machine.
This is not a problem in any way.
The door does not
open.
• The door lock is activated due to
the water level in the machine.
• Drain the water from the machine
by starting the Pump or Spin
programme.
• The machine is heating the water
or is in the spin cycle.
• Wait for the programme to finish.
• The Child Lock mode is activated.
The door lock will be deactivated
two minutes after the end of the
programme.
• Wait two minutes for the door lock
to be deactivated.
• The loading door must be blocked
because of the pressure applied
to it.
• Take the handle, push and pull the
loading door to release it and then
open it.
• The loading door cannot open if
there is no power supply.
• To open the loading door, remove
the cap from the pump filter
and push the emergency handle
located behind the cap. Refer to the
“Locking the loading door” section.
