Please make sure the Internet connection is normal. You may use your PC to 

test.

Connect  a  network  cable  from  the  network  device  provided  by  your  ISP  to  a 

WAN port of the Wireless Router. 

Step 3 

Configure  the  Static  IP  Internet  connection  related  parameters  in

 

the

  Start  > 

Setup Wizard 

or

 

the 

Network > WAN

 page. 

Step 4 

After  the  Static  IP  connection  is  established  successfully,  you  can  view  its 

configuration  and  status  information  in  the

  Internet  Connection  List 

on  the 

Network > WAN 

page.
