Removal and Replacement of Source NDP Components

5.  Check that the tire is properly seated in the grove on the roller.   The 

edges of the tire should not overlap the edges of the grove.  Refer to 
Figure 5-29.

6.  Take the roller in hand, and rotate the blue cap clockwise in the direction 

of the arrow until it stops to prepare for reinstallation. Refer to Figure 5-30.

7.  Push the roller down over the shaft until it stops.  You may have to rotate 

it while sliding it over the shaft.  The roller slides over the shaft a distance 
of approximately 2 cm (less than one inch).   

8.  Rotate the blue cap counterclockwise to close until it clicks into the closed 

position.
