8. Clean the three sets of idler rollers (item 3 in Figure 4-1) that are part of
the removable track wall.
9. Replace the removable track wall as described in Section 5.
10. Replace the separator, returning it to its original position with the same
side towards the track. Do this by positioning the hole in the bottom of
the assembly over the spindle, and then gently pushing the assembly
down over the spindle until it stops.
11. Use a Source NDP Cleaning Card (75-2093-906) presaturated with
isopropyl alcohol to clean track components as follows:
Note: The procedure for using the cleaning card may result in feed
errors reported for some applications. These errors can be ignored.
a. Remove the card from its package as shown in Figure 4-10.

b. Place the card in the feeder and push it past the separator until it
stops against the first idler roller (item 2 in Figure 4-1). In this position,
the card is in contact with the nudge and feed rollers (items 8 and 9 in
Figure 4-1).
c. Grasp the cleaning card by the end, as shown in Figure 4-11, as
you press and release the Start/Stop button (Figure 4-12). This
action rubs the rotating tires against the cleaning card to clean them.
Repeat this step again.
