Functional description

：

This command is used to set the average number of times of average spectrum. The range is 2^n, n take
value from 1~10.



Return format

：

Query the average number of times of average spectrum.



For example

Take the average value within the range of each sampling point;

SAMPle

：

Take the value of first point within the range of each sampling point.


