Functional description
:
This command is used to adjust the offset of MAIN (main timebase), which is displacement of the waveform
position from the center of the screen.
Return format
:
Query returns <offset> value in scientific notation, unit is s.
For example

:TIM:OFFS 1s
Set the offset of MAIN to 1s.
:TIM:OFFS?
Query returns 1.000e000.
