8. Troubleshooting
-72-
No.
Symptom
Possible cause
Measure
21
F26*
FAIL ARC ABSO
When harc is detected for the set number of
times
Check the set values of the ARC and
FAIL conditions.
If there is no problem with the setting
values and the error occurs frequently,
replace the product.
22
F27*
FAIL ARC RATE
When harc is detected the set number of
times within the set time
Check the set values of the ARC and
FAIL conditions.
If there is no problem with the setting
values and the error occurs frequently,
replace the product.
23
W10*
WRN SUB UNIT
Secondary-unit WARNING with P/S
connection established
Turn OFF/ON the breaker for both
primary and secondary.
If the problem is not improved, check the
WARNING on the secondary side and
take action for the corresponding
WARNING.
If the error occurs frequently even after
taking measures, replace the product
24
W11*
WRN PROCESS
SOFTWARE failure
Turn OFF/ON the breaker.
If the condition is not improved, replace
the product.
25
W12*
WRN SETTING
(1) This occurs when the set number of P/S
units does not match the number of
connected units.
(2) An error has occurred in UNIT No. 1.
(3) Improper P/S cable connection in the P/S
setting mode.
Check the P/S cable connections on the
back of the product and the P/S settings.
If an error has occurred in UNIT No. 1,
check whether or not it recovers after the
error of UNIT No. 1 is improved.
26
W13*
WRN SELECT
Occurred when both ISEL and PSEL are low
under the external control.
In reference to Table 5-1, confirm the
signals to pins 27 and 28 of USER1
PORT.
27
W14*
WRN LEVEL
An abnormal command voltage has occurred.
Check whether or not the command
voltage is within the specified value. If it
has exceeded the specified value,
change the command voltage so that it is
within the specified value.
Check whether or not it recovers with the
RESET signal.
If the same symptom reappears with the
command voltage within its specified
value, replace the product.
28
W15*
WRN FAN
A cooling FAN failure has occurred.
If the symptom frequently occurs, replace
the product.
29
W16*
WRN INPUT
(1) An inverter failure has occurred.
(2) An inverter gate signal error has occurred.
(3) Primary circuit failure.
Check the AC input voltage at the time of
occurrence.
If the symptom frequently occurs, replace
the product.
30
W17*
WRN IN DROP
(1) AC input voltage drop
(2) Internal control voltage drop
(3) An input value error has occurred.
Check the AC input voltage at the time of
occurrence.
If the symptom frequently occurs, replace
the product.
31
W18*
WRN IN OVER
AC input overvoltage
Check the AC input voltage at the time of
occurrence.
If the symptom frequently occurs, replace
the product.
32
W19*
WRN OUTPUT
An output value error has occurred.
If the symptom frequently occurs, replace
the product.
33
W20*
WRN SHORT
A load short-circuit has occurred.
Check the load.
If it persists even though there is no
problem with the load, replace the
product.
