8 • Conductivity Meter Kit

Conductivity meter kit is designed for exploration in agriculture, archaeology, and general soil
sciences are common.

Components:

• UgCS SkyHub device with or without

True Terrain Following Kit

• Conductivity meter: Geonics EM38-MK2

• Mounting kit and cable

Conductivity Meter: Geonics EM38-MK2

Geonics EM38-MK2 provides the measurement of both the quad-phase (conductivity) and
in-phase (magnetic susceptibility) components within two distinct depth ranges
simultaneously. Geonics EM38-MK2 measures data without any requirement for
soil-to-instrument contact.
