SRS and XRS EID Stick Reader

Issue 2, 02/2013

Windows 7:

C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Tru-Test\EziLink

Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx\Application Data\Tru-Test\EziLink

[Where xxxx is the username of the your PC].

Note: If you cannot see the .ini file, it may be hidden. To display hidden files and folders, see the
help menu for your platform (Windows 7 or Windows XP).

Double click on the .ini file and modify the string

FirmwareUpdateDevice=

to read:

FirmwareUpdateDevice=XRS

FirmwareUpdateDevice=SRS

as required.

Note: If

FirmwareUpdateDevice=

does not appear in the .ini file, type out

the whole strings (with

model number included).

Close the file.

Launch EziLink and click

Tools/Recover SRS/XRS

. Follow the onscreen instructions.
