Note 1:
The high-speed oscillator
(EHOSC or IHOSC)
does not stop automatically in SLOW mode and must be stopped
by setting CGOSCCR<XEN1> or <XEN2> after switched from NORMAL mode to SLOW mode. The high-
speed oscillator (EHOSC or IHOSC) does not oscillate automatically in SLOW mode and must be enabled by
set-ting CGOSCCR<XEN1> or <XEN2> before switch to NORMAL mode.
Note 2: The state depends on the CGSTBYCR<DRVE>.
Note 3: When selecting f
