Filter Report Contents (optional)
Filtering is how to selectively determine the content of a report. The Configure Report
window contains checkbox selections that indicate the data to be included. These
items are defined in the Reports Glossary or the user guide glossary. We suggest that
you create various reports selecting different Report Items and data to determine
which combination works best for you.
1. From the Configure ... Report
screen, click Filter. The
Report Filter screen displays
(shown right).
2. Click Add Element. The Add
Filter Element screen
displays (shown right).
...or highlight a Filter
Element in the list and click
Delete Element or Edit
Element.
3. If you selected Add Element, a Add Filter Element screen displays and you
need to select the type of element to be used from the drop-down menu.
...or if you selected Edit Element, a Edit Account Code Filter Element
screen displays and you need to select an account code name from the drop-
down menu.
...or if you selected Delete Element, the element is deleted.
Hint: It is helpful to rename filtered files so that you can identify which filter
has been applied to it.
4. Click OK.
