Select the document name and click
Open
.
The Choose File dialog box closes and the path to the document appears in the edit
box to the left of the Browse... button.

Apply
.
The message “Operation completed successfully” confirms the modification.

OK
.
Your preinstalled intranet’s Documents page now contains the updated information.
Deleting a document or form

Select the title of the document or form you want to delete.
The Documents page appears.

Delete
.

The document or form has been deleted from the preinstalled intranet’s Documents
page.
Managing company links
Your preinstalled intranet has a button or link called
Company Links
. You can add,
remove, and modify important Web site links using this page of your intranet.
Start by going to the
Links
page under the
Intranet
tab of the Magnia SG20
Administration Web site.
