Is there paper dust sticking to the 
drum cleaning blade edge?

Clean or replace the cleaning blade.

Does the drum cleaning blade work 
smoothly?

Push the cleaning blade by hand. If 
its move is not smooth enough, clean 
the section where the blade is 
installed, then install it again.

Has the used toner been  recovered 
properly?

Clean the toner recovery auger.
