On request we supply all necessary parts for assembly.
Please specify the operating voltage on board, the required cable lengths
between the plant control and remote control and, if required, the requi-
red hose lengths. If requested, we can also supply appropriate outlet valves
(TRUDESIGN) and venting valves.
For power supply, it is essential to use cables of sufficient size for on-board use
(double insulated rubber cables) with matching protection. The minimum cross-
section is 4 mm² for 12-volt electrical systems and 2.5 mm² for 24-volt electrical
systems. Due to the starting currents of the maceration pump, the plant can
only be operated with a buffer battery and not directly on chargers or DC sup
-
ply systems. If you do not have a 12- or 24-volt vehicle electrical system, please
make sure to ask for the appropriate configuration beforehand.
The plant connection should only be made with the battery main switch off.
The basic rules of electrical wiring and circuit protection must be observed.
Make sure that
unneeded feeds are
sealed against liquid
and odor!
The enteron requires the following connections for operation:
Inlet: 38 mm inner diameter,
odourless faecal hose; we recommend bran-
ded products that we can supply on demand; a direct (vertical) and downward
sloping inlet from the toilet to the intake of the plant must be provided.
Outlet:
25 mm inner diameter, odourless water hose, see above; Outlet
possible directly on or just above/below the waterline, do not forget to crea-
te a swan-neck upwards. For safety, a seacock must be installed below the
waterline (preferably plastic TRUDESIGN or similar)
Ventilation:
25 mm inner diameter, odourless water hose, see above; this
hose first goes from the plant to the carbon filter cartridge and from there
to a venting valve laterally outwards. The carbon filter cartridge should be
installed vertically to allow condensation to drain.
Operating voltage:
The plant requires 12 V with a fuse protection of
20 amperes (slow) or 24 volts with a 10 ampere fuse protection.
