Remote start R-Cal

Start the auto-span function with R-CAL
method. The R-Cal is automatically
connected by the instrument at the
beginning of the function and
disconnected at its end; this operation
needs a delay of 0.5 seconds.
In case a R-Cal remote calibration is
aborted, the calibration running flags will
turn off after this delay.
