POSSIBLE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND WHAT TO DO
PROBLEM
PROBABLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
• The water is not
cold
• Unit not connected
• Unit not connected cor-
rectly
• No power in the outlet
• General power failure
• The thermostat is badly
adjusted
• Connect the unit
• Make sure that the plug is well pushed in the socket.
• Check and reset the circuit breaker or replace the
burned-out fuse with a 15A fuse in your electrical
panel
• Check the lights in the building and call your power
supplier.
• Adjust the thermostat following the instructions
• The water is
too cold
• The thermostat is badly
adjusted
• Turn the adjustment screw of the thermostat
counterclockwise. Cary out a movement
equaling to only 5 minutes on a clock. If the

• The elbow and the floater
inside the stainless steel
reservoir are missing or
badly installed.
• Put the elbow and the floater back in place as
indicated in the section Operating Instructions
• No water
at all
• There is no water left in the
bottle nor in the reservoir
• The handle of the faucet

• Dirt particles are blocking
the water openings
• The water is completely
frozen
• Replace the empty bottle with a full one.
• Unscrew the upper part of the faucet and reinstall the
different parts before screwing everything in again.
• Clean the unit as indicated in the section Cleaning
and
Maintenance and check the inside of the pipes and
faucets.
• Disconnect the apparatus and wait untill the water is

on the heater switch.

makes too much
noise
• The unit is not well
supported.
• Install the unit on a stable and straight surface.
