9. Maintenance and Cleaning
There are no parts inside the ATX mains unit that need to be maintained by you.
Therefore, never open the ATX mains unit. Any maintenance or repair and the necessary
opening of the ATX mains unit must be carried out by an expert or a specialist workshop
only.
The miniature fuse integrated into the ATX mains unit must be replaced by means of
special tools only. Therefore, never try to replace the fuse on your own and let this be done
by an expert or a specialist workshop.
In the course of time and depending on the place of installation of the computer, the fan integrated
into the ATX mains unit might suck in more or less dust that deposits inside the mains unit and on
the fan blades. This dust can be removed from outside by means of a vacuum cleaner.
Before doing this, separate the ATX mains unit from the mains voltage and unplug the
mains plug!
Use a clean, dry and soft cloth for cleaning the exterior of the ATX mains unit.
10. Disposal
Please dispose of the unserviceable device according to the current statutory requirements.
