BIOS Error Beep Codes

During the Power-On Self-Test (POST) cycle, the system will check for any errors
upon boot.

•

Non-Fatal errors

: errors that, in most cases, allow the system to continue to

boot. The error messages normally appear on the screen.

•

Fatal errors

: errors that will not allow the system to continue with the bootup

procedure. If a fatal error occurs, contact Themis Support for possible repairs.

These errors are usually communicated through a series of audible beeps. The table
below describes the number of beeps with the corresponding error state.
