Remove balance shaft from right crankcase. 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Remove crankshaft from right crankcase. 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Remove gasket and dowel pins. 
Scrape gasket residues off the crankcase contact 
surface. 

 

  Caution

 

Do not damage contact surface of the gasket. It 
is better to moisten the gasket residue for easy
