7.2.5 C.I.P. washing
The machine is arranged for C.I.P. washing of the
pipes, vane pump and vertical agitator.
The feeding unit must be manually washed as
described in the paragraph 7.2 “Routine
maintenance”.
Proceed as follows for the C.I.P. washing:
-
remove the secondary hopper and position the
lid supplied with standard equipment;
-
connect the machien to the C.I.P. washing system
present in the workroom.
-
start the washing cycle by commutating the
C.I.P. WASHING PROGRAM

The C.I.P. washing is not sufficient in particular for
sticky products: in these cases it is necessary to wash
manually as mentioned in the previous paragraphs.
