Disconnect the machine from the filling line (Part.1,
Fig.7.3);
Take out the mixer (Part.2, Fig.7.3), disconnect
the fixing clamps (Part.3, Fig.7.3) and take off the
connecting pipe (Part.4, Fig.7.3).
Connect the washing pipe to the pump inlet, (Part.5,

Wash and dry the various components, lubricate
them (especially the gaskets) with vaseline and
reassemble them.
