Write JIC File into Serial Configuration Device

To program the serial configuration device with the JIC file that you just created, add the file to the
Quartus II Programmer window and follow the steps:

When the SOF-to-JIC file conversion is complete, add the JIC file to the Quartus II
Programmer window:
