Place one of the supplied M5 x 16mm socket
button bolts through the plate and into the
upper mounting hole as shown in Fig 8.16,
right.

Hold the plate in place such that the back
edge is vertical and drill off the lower rear
mounting hole.

Put another M5 x 16mm bolt through this
and then drill off the two forward holes.
