Sending Macintosh files to the printer

1.

The color correction utility Þles are compressed into the

Phaser 220

Utilities.sea

archive Þle on the Macintosh Printer Utilities diskette,

and must be decompressed before you can use them. To
decompress the Þles, follow the steps listed under the topic
ÒDecompressing the Macintosh utility ÞlesÓ in Chapter 1, ÒBefore
You Begin.Ó After decompressing the Þles, continue with the steps
listed below.

2.

Phaser 220i:

Place both Switch 8 and Switch 9 in the

up

position.

Phaser 220e:

Place Switch 3 in the

up

position.

3.

Select the printer in the

Chooser

.

4.

Locate the Þle you want in the folder on your hard disk containing
decompressed utility Þles.

5.

Double-click the ÞleÕs self-sending arrow icon. Click

OK

in the

dialog box to send the Þle to the printer.
