Transfer Options

There are two ways to transfer data between the 222PS Digital Storage

Oscilloscope and a PC:local transfer and transfer via modem.

Transfer to a Local PC

With a PC/XT as the host computer, the optional RSĆ232 interconnecĆ

tion cable provides the required match from the 25Ćpin connector on

the PC to the 9Ćpin connector on the instrument. The optional cable is

also compatible with a PC/AT that has a 25Ćpin communications port.

Transfer via Modem

Telephone lines may be used to control a remote instrument and to

transfer waveforms between the instrument and a PC.
