Using the Tek-CARE120 System
Placing and Resetting Calls
Residents may place calls on the Tek-CARE120 system by pressing the call button on SF121 and SF122
stations, or by pulling the call cord or pressing the call button on a SF123 station. When a call is placed,
the red LED on the face of the station will flash.
When a call is placed, the call annunciates on the LI122-Series Room Controllers, master stations, mul-
ticolor zone lights, mobile devices, or other annunciation locations to which it is assigned.
Depending on system programming, some low-priority calls can be silenced or reset from the master sta-
tion. If this option is available on your system, the gray buttons on the right side of the NC415AV hous-
ing are used. The buttons are labeled accordingly.
Using the NC415AV Master Station
The NC415AV Master Station is the primary interaction point for staff using the Tek-CARE120 system.
The home screen of the NC415AV Master Station is shown below. The home screen displays the current
system time in the top left corner, the
Settings
icon in the top right corner, and a selection of navigation
buttons on the right side of the screen.
Touch the navigation buttons to interact with the master station. To return to the home screen at any
time, touch the background of the master station or the
Calls
button.
