When a call is placed, it appears in the list view on the home screen of the NC415AV as shown below.
Up to three calls are shown at the same time. If more than three calls are active on the system, a scroll
arrow will appear at the bottom of the list. Calls are displayed sorted based on priority and time.
To view more details about a call, touch a call in the list. The
Details
screen will appear as shown
below.
The details screen displays information about the alarming station, the type of call, the resident name,
and more.
Staff requests
,
Stat
,
Attend
, and
Status
can also be placed from the details screen by touching
the associated button.
Once a status is selected, the button on the details screen changes color, and the status annunciates on
the system.
If a status is annunciating, the
Status
button on the right side of the screen turns red to notify staff. Act-
ive statuses may be viewed by touching the
Status
button.
