Select the “ automatic cycle ” button to open the screen shown below.
The following diagram shows operation of the various operations over time, to complete one cycle. When the
start
button is pressed piston downstroke is started according to the set length (long or short) and metering opens
based on the set
opening delay
The metering time starts now, after which piston upstroke and (as set with the closing delay ) metering end occur
simultaneously.
In the screen shown here, the start button is used to start
the cycle (also with F1 )choosing whether to use short
stroke (F2) or long stroke (F3) by pressing the suitable
buttons and disabling the controls with another click.
On the right side of the screen it is possible to adjust the
various stages of the metering cycle, being able to adjust
(in seconds) the duration of operations, which are:
1. Opening filler delay;
(
Time in seconds, with decimal )
2. Filling time;
(Time in sec, with decimal -
min. 0,3s
)
3. Filler lifting time;
(Time in sec, only integers)
4. Filler closing delay;
(
Time in seconds, with decimal )
5. Opening ripple delay;
(
Time in seconds, with decimal )
6. Advanced closing ripple.

Time in seconds, with decimal )
Use the
F4 button to go back to the main page.
Notes for a good machine setting:
•
the filler opening delay time can not be longer compared to
the filler lifting time;
•
the ripple opening delay time can not be longer compared
to the filling time;
•
the early closing ripple can not be less than 0,5 seconds
and it can not be more than: metering time + filler closing
delay time – ripple opening delay time.
