Inside Shaking
If inside shaking is selected, the microplate is moved into the instrument when
the measurement is started and the shaking is performed.
After the shaking has been performed, the plate support is moved until the End
optical switch is detected.
When the End optical has been detected, the microplate is moved under the
measurement diodes and measured for the required number of steps.
After the instrument has completed the measurement, the plate support is
returned to the Start optical switch. The instrument checks that the number of
steps required to reach the Start optical switch is the same as the number of
steps stored in the memory for the calibration length.
If the number of steps are different, a transport error message is displayed and
the measured results are ignored.
7.4 The Transport Box Assembly
The Transport box is a complete unit which contains all the mechanical parts for
the plate transport. This part is not serviceable, if any defects occur, the entire
unit must be replaced.
Caution
The various options require different Transport Box Assemblies.
