Chapter 7: Troubleshooting
Symptom

Main Unit (TP951) -1
Nothing happens when the
Power Switch is turned ON.
Power is not being supplied.
Verify the Power Cord connection on
the main unit side and the power outlet
side
The Power Cord is not securely
plugged in to the power outlet or
the main unit connector.
The power outlet is not providing
power.
Check the power source equipment.
The circuit protector works to
open line power..
Push the circuit protector knob to
connect to line power.

Caution
】
If the circuit protector
works again, check inner circuits of
having 10 A over current in the unit.
Malfunction of internal electrical
circuits in the main unit.
Make a request for repair.
An allophone is heard when
turn on the power.
The retainer which makes the
movement of filter movement
smooth is cross with a stopper.
When a retainer is cross with a
stopper, an allophone is corrected,
and doesn't continue. Use just as it is.
A filter changer doesn't stop by
abnormality of a position sensor.
(A motor keeps moving and an
allophone doesn't stop.)
Turn the unit off immediately. A
replacement of a part and an
adjustment are needed. Make a
request for repair.
The Lid does not close.
A tube or a plate for 0.2mL is
inserted.
This product is a tube or plate for
0.1mL exclusive use. Please use a
recommendation tube or a plate.
There is an obstruction between
the Lid heater and Sample
block.
Remove the obstruction.
A reagent plate isn't set right.
Set a reagent plate right.
Lid Laura has come off, whether
a lid comes off a lid rail. Or Laura
axis is been broken.
It is necessary to repair or replace bad
parts. Contact a service.
