Symptom

Main Unit (TP951) -2
The PCR program does not
start.
・
Lid heater not warm.
・
Sample block not warm.
Warm-up for the Lid heater has
not yet finished to warm up.
Try again after allowing 103
℃
over of
Lid heater temperature.
The heater or a safety fuse has
burned out.
A part needs to be replaced. Make a
request for replace.
The sample block does not warm
when the protector of the sample
block is worked.
The power is turned off and a
protection circuit is reset. A power is
started once again. Still when the lid
temperature and the sample block
temperature don't rise, make a request
for repair.
When starting the program,
the message
“Please put the
lid on
” is displayed.
The Lid is not completely closed.
Close the Lid completely.
The Lid switch is no good.
The switch must be replaced or
adjusted. Make a request for replace.
The program cycle stops
before completion.
The stepping motor has
malfunctioned.
The part needs to be replaced and
adjusted. Make a request for repair.
The position-detecting sensor
has malfunctioned.
The temperature of the heat sink
became hot, and the safe
function operated.

A Cooling fan is not going
around.
Confirm the use environment of the
product (the room temperature).
Confirm whether a vent isn't blocked
up.
When a fan for cooling is in trouble, do
part replacement.
A camera driver isn't recognized
at the unit start-up.
TP950 main unit is restarted.
The fluorescence
measurement value (graph)
is abnormal.

isn't rising forever.

* Only the cause about the
equipment is assumed.
Please also consider the
reagent system.
A reagent plate isn't set.
Set a reagent plate.

A surface of a reagent plate is
dirty.
・
There are wrinkles in a sealing
film.
Fluorescence is detected in a surface
of a reagent plate. Use clear reagent
plates, films and caps, etc..
LED source does not light up.
A replace of a LED source or a control
circuit board is needed. Make a
request for repair.
The camera is no good.
A replace of camera is need. Make a
request for repair.
