1. Exhaust brake
[NOTICE]

Jack up the crane and make sure the crane is set
up horizontally and all tires are off the ground.

Check with 4WD-high drive mode.

Check whether the exhaust brake is operating or
not from the engine noise and from the movement
of the air cylinder for the exhaust brake.

Engine speed does not exceed 1200 min
-1
by
adjustment of the idling adjuster knob.
The lock up is engaged when the gear position is in
2nd or above, the engine speed is 1100 min
-1
or
above and the exhaust brake is ON.
1. Turn on the exhaust brake switch, and keep the
engine idling. (The pilot lamp remains lit.)
2. Check the exhaust brake operation with the
following procedure.

adjuster knob.

Adjust the engine speed to 1,000

or higher using the idling
adjuster knob.
ON
7 Return the engine speed to idling,
and move the shift lever to N.
