Functions
Some parameters mentioned in the following section
are only visible in the controller with the appropriate
code and, for this reason, such parameters are not
always listed in the parameter lists in the previous
chapter. Changes to these parameters have a deci-
sive impact on the functional capability of the con-
troller and such changes should only be made by
personnel with appropriate training.
6.1
Fresh water preparation
If tapping is active, flow rate greater than
STE15 MIN FLOW RATE
, the
domestic cold water is heated to the setpoint temperature, e.g.
BAS01 DHW TEMP.SETPOINT
. To this end, power is supplied via the
speed-controlled pump on the primary side in order to reach and
maintain the setpoint temperature at the heat exchanger outlet
sensor TWW.
At each start-up, the primary pump controller for the
STE04 RUNTIME
START SPEED
time remains at the starting point in order to reach the
setpoint quickly.
The primary pump speed control is carried out between the set min-
imum and set maximum speed.
STE01 MIN SPEED PRIM. PUMP, STE28
MAX SPEED PRIM. PUMP
. This control range is in line with the primary
pump that was originally installed.
If the measured domestic hot water temperature exceeds the value
BAS02 DHW TEMP. MAXIMUM
, the primary pump is switched off.
6.2
Primary protective function
This function protects against the heat source on the primary side
discharging too significantly. At sensor TPV or TO1, if the following
minimum setpoints [TPV; TO1]set_min are not reached by 1 K, a set-
point reduction becomes active:
n
= BAS01 DHW TEMP.SE STE14 MIN TDIFF CHILLER.
n
= SEK06 SETPOINT CIRCULATION T + STE14 MIN TDIFF CHILLER.
n
= LEG01 TEMP TERM. DISINFECTION. + STE14 MIN TDIFF CHILLER.
