The
temperature
cannot reach to
the preset
limits.
1. There may be something
wrong with the heat pipe.
2. The thermocouple may
disconnect.
3. There may be open
circuit on solid relay.
4. The exhaust fan may be
too powerful or the wind
inside the room may
affect the temperature.
5. There may be something
wrong with the
photo-electricity
components.
6. The preset temperature
may be improper.
1. Check if the static resistor is
broken after the circuit breaks
off.
2. Check or replace the
thermocouple.
3. Replace the solid relay with
new ones.
4. Adjust the exhaust board and
take measures to avoid being
affected by the wind inside the
room.
5. Replace the photo-electricity
with new ones.
6. Re-set the preset temperature.

1. The actiyator may be in
bad connection or
broken.

broken.
3. The conveyor motor
may be broken or the
buffer of power supply is
in bad connection.
4. The emergency switch
may be pressed.
1. Check the wiring of actiyator
or replace it with new ones.
2. Check the D/A board or
replace it with new ones.
3. Replace the motor with new
ones or check if the buffer of
power supply and actiyator
sensor is OK.
4. Revolve the emergency
switch from left to right.
