Latch Bracket
Top - P/N 618480
Bottom - P/N 618481
There is one top and one bottom latch bracket on the unit. The two
brackets are similar and are removed and installed the same way.
The latch brackets can be replaced without removing the doors
from the unit.
Tool Required
„ Phillips screwdriver
Procedure
1. Open both doors to release the latch connectors from the
latch brackets.
2. With a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two cap screws that
secure the latch bracket (Figure 88) and remove the
bracket from the unit.
2. Hold the latch bracket in place and secure with the
two cap screws.
3. Close and lock the door several times to make sure it locks
correctly.
