1.
Secure tractor and machine against
accidental starting and rolling.
2.
Use a tool to open the protective devices.
3.
Secure the open protective devices against
accidental slamming.
4.
Loosen the screw (3) such that the chain
tensioner (2) can be turned.
5.
Readjust the automatic chain tensioners
(2) by means of the chuck key (4)
(Fig. 118,Fig. 119) until the roller chain (1)
is sufficiently tensioned.

right-hand machine side:
Counterclockwise
6.
Refasten the screw (3) while keeping the
chain tensioner tensioned in the new
position.
7.
Lubricate the respective roller chain (1).
8.
Close the protective devices and lock them
in protective position.
