LOAD THE HOSE INTO THE ABX-PRO TRACTOR AND GUIDE
TUBE/COLLET BLOCK
1. To load the hose, push up to release the Adjustable Handle
and rotate the Cam Lever counterclockwise until the Indicator
Pin is in the
“Disengaged” position. This opens up the space
between the rollers in the ABX-PRO Tractor. (Figure 52)
DO NOT CONNECT THE SNOUT TO THE ABX-PRO TRACTOR
UNTIL THE HOSE END COMES OUT THE END OF THE GUIDE
TUBE.
2. Remove the Collet from the Block and feed the end of the hose
into and through the rollers of the ABX-PRO Tractor until it comes
out the end of the Guide Tube.

3. After the hose end is through the Guide Tube, insert the Collet
back into the Block. Pull open the ring tabs on the Camlock end
of the Snout, slide it over the ABX-PRO guide, and push the ring
tabs back down on the Camlock to secure in place.

NOTICE
DO NOT USE A PIPE WRENCH OR PLIERS WITH TEETH
This can crush and crack the hardened steel body, leading to tool
breakage during operation.
INSTALL THE BANSHEE ON THE END OF THE HOSE
1. Loosen the Collet Block Cap and rotate the Guide tube 90°
to Install Banshee Tool onto the High-Pressure Hose. Rotate
the Guide Tube back so that the Tool is facing the tube face.

2. Rotate the Cam Lever clockwise to the “Engaged” position to
tighten the Idler Roller down onto the hose. There should be a
slow slip on the hose. If the slip is too tight or loose, move the
CAM Lever off until a slow slip is obtained. Once the slip level
is achieved, push down on the Adjustable Handle to secure in
place.

Zip tie the Camera Cable to the Snout
to keep it out of the way of the system.
