Technical description:
sealed unvented heat pump/solar cylinder, floorstanding (pressurised) made from steel
with enamelled, low scaling smooth tube indirect coils installed at the bottom plus
sensor wells. the thermal insulation is in the form of directly applied rigid PU foam and a
removable 1 mm plastic jacket and a plastic cover. As standard supplied with a protective
anode, thermometer, PtC sensor and dummy flange for inspection aperture near the
bottom. A threaded connector G 1½" for fitting a threaded immersion heater (type bGC)
is provided in the upper half of the cylinder; plus lower inspection aperture. A low 1.4 m
2
indirect solar coil and a 4.0 m
2
indirect coil mounted higher up for connection to a heat
pump. with larger heat pumps, both indirect coils can be connected in series.
