SK 2055 / 2070 / 2090

Do not secure the chemical anchors yet; this can only be done after the

manufacturer's prescribed hardening time has elapsed.

5. After the prescribed hardening time has elapsed, check the holding power

of the anchor bolts by applying a torque of 60 Nm (SK 2055) or 125 Nm (SK

2070 and SK 2090). There must be no evidence of creep in the anchor bolt.

6. Remove any anchor bolts that show signs of creep by unscrewing them.

Then drill the hole precisely (same diameter) and position a new anchor.

7. Check that the anchor bolt is secure by applying the same torque again.

8. Loosen the nuts and retighten them by applying a torque of 80 Nm (SK

2055) or 150 Nm (SK 2070 and SK 2090).

Checking that the anchor bolts are secure is necessary because cracks may

have formed in the lower layer of the concrete during drilling, thus allowing

resin or hardener to drain off without adequate mixing. The holding power of

the anchor will then definitely be insufficient. The cracks will usually have filled

up when the anchor was placed, so that a second anchor can be positioned

successfully. Care should also be taken with the final drilling.

There must be full compensation for the thickness of any coating. This means

that if a coating is 20 mm thick, the holes must be drilled 20 mm deeper.

5.1.2 Supplying electrical power

Use the next electrical power supply cables:
• 380/415V (3 n earth) Mains fuse 3 x 16A.

• 220/240V (3 earth) Mains fuse 3 x 16A (slow-blow).

• 230V (1 phase + earth) Mains fuse 1 x 25A (slow-blow).
The vehicle lift must be provided with its own secured mains power supply.

See Technical specifications on page 21. This power supply can come from

the ceiling or the floor. If the power supply cable comes from the floor. See

Foundation on page 26 for the patterns of holes. The projecting part must be

2.20 metres. The installation engineer at the site determines the diameter of the

power cable core.
