Installation and Service Manual

SK 2055 / 2070 / 2090

Cause

Solution

No mains power/control power.

Check the mains power/control power

Pawls are not retracted from the safety locks. First raise the vehicle lift about 50 mm; see

Operation sticker on the post.

The electrically operated lowering valve on the
hydraulic unit will not open.

No control current to the solenoid coil, or
lowering valve is defective; replace solenoid
coil or lowering valve.

Dirty or damaged lowering valve.

Clean or replace the lowering valve.

Hose rupture safety device is closed.

If the hose is ruptured, replace it; check
the safety locks for damage. If there are no
ruptured hoses, raise the vehicle lift a little,
then lower it again. Alert technical services if
this persists.

Guide pieces at unequal heights:.

• Difference is greater than 30 mm but less

than 60 mm: control current LED flashes
(short cycle),

• Difference is greater than 60 mm: control

current LED blinks (long cycle).

Raise the vehicle lift and remove any
obstacles from under the arms.

Use correction valves to correct.
Alert technical services if this persists.

Wrong adjustment of the pressure relief valve. Check that the pressure relief valve is set

correctly.

Vehicle lift lowers of its own accord
Cause

Solution

The cylinder seal is damaged; oil is leaking
continuously.

Have the technical service department replace
the cuff or the cylinder.

Leak in the oil line couplings.

Tighten connections or swivel nuts.

Oil leakage.

Check the lip cylinder and lines for leakage.

Dirty or damaged non-return valve.

Have the non-return valve cleaned or have it
replaced by technical services.

Dirty or damaged correction valve.

Have the valve cleaned or have it replaced by
technical services.

Vehicle lift cannot be raised sufficiently
Cause

Solution

Oil level in the tank is too low.

Top up with oil.

Pump is drawing air.

Tighten or crimp the suction filter attachment.

Arms not at equal heights
Cause

Solution

Control system not working correctly.

Use correction valves to correct. Alert
technical services if this persists.
