2. Silencer - Undo the two M8 silencer retaining bolts as shown in Fig.20. Be aware of the gasket - Fig.21,
between the silencer and the manifold pipe. This is reusable and should be kept safe until reassembly.
Warning
Never attempt to run the
generator without this gasket
fitted. If damaged replace.
3. Electrical Connections - Disconnect both the AC and DC loom plugs found on the left side of the generator
and link the control panel to the generator. There is also an earth cable that requires disconnecting - Fig.22.
4. Support Bracket - Fig.23 shows a support bracket that is fitted inside the canopy base frame. Undo and
remove the two M8 bolts from the support bracket and move and secure, in the fixing holes provided, to the
front edge of the generator frame - Fig.24.
