Press ‘MENU’ button until ‘AL
5’ is shown on display. This
function will set up the
overload weight.
Press the ‘ENTER’ button to
set weight.
Press the ‘ → ’ to access
function
Using the ‘ → ’ and ‘ ↑ ’ buttons
enter the required weight.
50kg for test and 500 kg for
normal running. This figure is
125% rated load.
Using the ‘ ↑ ’ button ensure the
alarm function is ‘ON’
Press ‘MENU’ twice to store
alarm settings.
Press ‘MENU’ button until
‘CEro’ is shown on display.
This function will zero the
controller.
Exit the lift and wait for
countdown to reach ‘0’.
Controller will display ‘CEro’
Press the ‘ → ’ to access
function.
Press the ‘MENU’ button to
start the calibration
countdown.
Load the lift with the known
weight.
Press the ‘MENU’ button to
start the calibration
countdown.
Exit the lift and wait for
countdown to reach ‘0’. The
controller is now calibrated.
Using the ‘ → ’ and ‘ ↑ ’ buttons
enter a known load into the
cabin. This should be greater
than 50% of the rated load.
