C. OPERATING/PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS - COOK & HOLD-3 PLUSTM CONTROLLER 

(For Convection Ovens: CO11-G, CO11-E, COCE, TSCO-E1 & TSDCO-E1) 

When lit, denotes 

HOUR/MINUTE timing
