Connect an air compressor to the red igniter cleanout

hose.

Unscrew the flame detector.

Unscrew the lens.

Open and close the valve several times to clean the

burner igniter assembly.

Clean the flame detector lens.

50 Hour Maintenance

Remove the inner air filter. Clean both using

compressed air. Then reinstall the air filters and end

cap.
