The fan motor is a 3-phase 240 V motor. This motor spins the fan and the fuel pump. It is slowly ramped up to

speed over 15 seconds by the VFD (Variable Frequency Drive). The VFD also provides the 3-phase power to the

motor. The generator needs to be providing 240 v at 60 Hz single-phase power to the VFD.
