• The connector is a five pin
connector with a slotted groove
that will help assure installation
of the mating connector in the
correct position. Do NOT force
the connectors together.
Although a snug fit, the
connectors should be easy to
assemble. If not, check for bent
pins in the connector on the
cable end.
• Installation groove mates with
tab in mating connector
• Attach the five pin connector on
the sensor cable to the mating
connector on the MCS
faceplate.
• Once the connector is installed, flip
up the retaining bracket to securely
hold the connector in place. This
helps protect the connector assembly
from becoming disengaged by
vibration, or pulls on the cable during
MCS operation.
