6.4.2 Mashing explained step by step

Insert malt pipe

Insert the malt pipe with the seal facing
downwards. The seal and malt pipe must be
centred and absolutely flat on the boiler bottom.

Inserting the screen plate

Slide the screen plate with the sleeve up to the
bottom edge.
